-All package price is inclusive of Service Charge already. No more additional Fees/ No hidden charges.
-Island Hopping Entrance fees are not included in the packages.
-There are 3 Islands with entrance Fees (the rest do not have.ny entrance fee) . Guests may swim in each Island and stay in their boat
(INCLUSIONS)
*Crocodile Island (cliff diving) -150.00
*Crystal Cove - 200.00
*Magic Island - 50.00.
Transportation Service (Optional) This is not yet included in the packages. Other guests would prefer to commute. But you may offer this one to avoid hassles on their part. Other transportation service would cost 1400-1500 per pax.

TRANSPORTATION INCLUSIONS:
*Round trip Door to Door from Airport to the Accommodation.
*Pickup from Kalibo/Caticlan Airport to the accommodation and vice versa.
*Government and environmental fees.
*Php 1,400.00 must be paid in full at least 10 days before the travel date.
-Inform the guests that may take an exclusive Bus/Van depending on the number of guests per flight schedule (including guests from other accommodations (no walk-in allowed). All passengers have pre-booked and fully paid arrangement.
ACCOMMODATION AND LOCATION:
*Every room has an Air Condition Unit, Private Restroom , Hot and Cold Water, Overhead Shower, Flat TV, WIFI, Small Balcony, Ref.
*If guests would like to avail towels (to lessen their baggage, they can rent it for 20.00/towel).
*Setting of proper expectation: WE ARE NOT LOCATED AT THE BEACHFRONT BUT WE ARE JUST 4 MINUTES WALK TO THE WHITE SAND BEACH!!!
-2 minutes away from the D' Mall.
-Accommodation is NOT a hotel. It is a 3-storey house plenty of rooms to cater up to a large number of guests.
-All guests per group will have their own room. Strictly no sharing of rooms.
We also offer accommodation without any tour packages. Rate per room will be per pax with FREE Breakfast and Dinner. Lunch is excluded BOOKING PROCESS:

-Travel date ( Ex: March 3-5, 2018).
-Number of persons (Include age of kids if there any).
-Indicate if you will rent towels ( @Php20.00/Towel).
RESERVATION PROCESS:
-Provide Names and contact number of the tourists (At least 2 contact numbers).
-Deposit at least 50% of the total amount of the package.
-Balance can be paid in full at least 5 days before the travel date (w/o transp0rtation service); 10 days if with transportation service to secure seats.
-Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be re-booked in to a different date, depending on the availability of the accommodation.
-We have the right to cancel the reservation due to weather situation and other pertaining reasons to protect our guests.
-Deposit at least 50% of the total amount of the package
